What is included in the design project

Layout solution: This is the main drawing that determines the area and purpose of the rooms, as well as the general parameters of the premises, which affect the cost of developing the design project.

Stylistic solution: Determines the appearance of each room and the entire apartment, taking into account the materials used in the renovation process.

Working documentation: Includes technical details such as wall thickness, ceiling height, furniture placement, electrical wiring, sockets, switches, air conditioning and ventilation.

Stages of design project development

After contacting the company and concluding the contract, the expert comes to the client to fill out a detailed brief, on the basis of which the technical task is formed.

This task determines the order of work and the cost of the project, taking into account the wishes of the client and the selected category (express, basic for residential premises, basic for a villa, basic for non-residential premises).

As an additional service, constant author’s supervision is provided at all stages of the renovation to ensure maximum control over the implementation of the design concept.

The process of working with a client

01 – Contacting the company: After receiving the application, the details are discussed and a meeting is arranged.

02 – Visit of the surveyor: The surveyor takes measurements, clarifies the client’s wishes for style and agrees on the details.

03 – Preparation of the layout solution: An interior plan with furniture arrangement is developed, with the possibility of making two free edits.

04 – Preparation of collages and visualizations: Collages and 3D visualizations of the interior with decor and furniture are created, with a one-time free edit.

05 – Preparation of drawings: Technical drawings, plumbing and electrical plans are developed, with the possibility of a one-time free edit.

06 – Finished design project: After all the preparatory work, a final design project is created with 3D visualization, working documentation and a list of materials.
